Together, Let’s End VAW!

The Agusan del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology (ASSCAT) proudly joins the nation in the 𝟭𝟴-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 (𝗩𝗔𝗪) 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟱 𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟮!

This year, with the sub-theme “VAW Bigyang Wakas, Ngayon na ang Oras!”, we commemorate 20 years of the Anti-VAWC Act of 2004 (RA 9262) and renew our commitment to building a VAW-free Philippines.

Did you know Violence against women is not just a private issue—it’s a 𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐞! With your help, we can create a society where women, girls and children feel safe, empowered, and free from fear.

Raise awareness about VAW in our homes, schools, and communities.

Speak up and intervene safely when witnessing violence.

Support survivors by connecting them to the help they need.

ASSCAT supports this call for action. Let’s unite for a future where violence is never an option, and respect and dignity are always the norm.
