ASSCAT Graduate School Hosts First Balayag Research Colloquium

The ASSCAT Graduate School successfully hosted its inaugural Balayag Research Colloquium on June 25-26, 2024, focusing on “Cultivating the Role of Education and Linguistic Diversity in Fostering Inclusive Educational Practices and Leadership Strategies.” Organized by graduate students, the event featured insightful discussions and strategies for creating equitable learning environments.

Plenary speakers included Dr. Felix Chavez Jr., Dr. Irish F. Dalona, Dr. Aurelio Agcaoili, and Dr. Francis Tom A. Paredes, whose presentations enriched the discourse. College President Dr. Joy C. Capsitrano, praised the Graduate School’s initiative and personally attended the event.

Throughout the colloquium, students presented their research studies, receiving valuable feedback from panels composed of faculty evaluators from the ASSCAT Graduate School. They also gained insightful learnings from the plenary sessions, contributing to their academic and professional development.
