ASSCAT Celebrates the 2024 Philippine Civil Service Anniversary

The Agusan del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology (ASSCAT) supports the celebration of 124th Anniversary of the Philippine Civil Service, in accordance to Presidential Proclamation No. 1050, series of 1997 declaring the month of September as the Civil Service Month spearheaded by the Civil Service Commission (CSC).

The PCSA follows a 10-year theme, “Transforming Public Service in the Next Decade: Honing Agile and Future-Ready Servant Heroes,” emphasizing the government workforce’s adaptability to the new normal. This theme underscores the importance of digital transformation, innovation, and upholding excellence and continuity in public service.

This year’s focus of celebration is on SUSTAINABLE MANAGEMENT, highlighting its role in enhancing organizational resilience and sustainable management while aligning with the aspirations of AmBisyon Natin 2040.
