𝗨𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗢𝗜 𝗶𝘀 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘆:

 Visit www.foi.gov.ph and create an account.

 Choose ASSCAT or any relevant agency from the list.

 Submit your request, and you’ll receive an update within 15 working days!
